All NEW 2020 Nutrition Challenge
Completed the Peaks Nutrition/Weight Loss Challenge for the 3rd year. Lost just about 10 lbs total and met my weight goal of 150. I have found both the timing and structure of the Challenge to be effective for me, and Jen was outstanding this year facilitating the process. In addition to hitting this just after the holidays ended, we also utilized many of the recipes to get into an nice structure of both food quality and calorie management. These are very important things when juggling with life things such as work and also keeping up consistent training for the upcoming cycling season…Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to jump start their season or just get back into a groove of healthy eating and weight management…this helped me get back to goal time trial weight and we will continue these habits and nutrition throughout the year.
