This camp was amazing! I was able to learn so much in such a short time and meet some fantastic people along the way. The camp really helped me grow as a cyclist and made me more comfortable on my bike around people and in traffic something I don’t practice in my rural part of the country. It caters to all skill levels and I was able to get in the workout I needed each day at camp. There was also quite a bit of time to socialize with the other women at class and at meal times. The meals were top notch as well!
Each day we were provided with nutrition and drinks to fuel our rides. We had three coaches for the 11 of us which was a really great ratio. We also had Bryce from Bearded Bike Doc sag for us each day. He was able to provide on the spot bike maintenance and replenish our drinks and nutrition at each stop as needed.
I can’t say enough good things about this camp and would highly recommend for anyone from novice to advanced.

    Great Learning Experience!
I left early and didn’t get to thank you for such an awesome experience. I learned SO much and appreciated getting to do new things that made me uncomfortable and nervous till I discovered I liked them. The camp was so organized and you packed a lot of knowledge into 3 days. I was surprised at how much fun it all was. Thanks so much.
P.S. Julie is going to coach me and get me on the right path.

    I Learned So Much
when I came to camp, I said I had no interest in racing and that I just wanted to ride with my group without getting dropped, pedal more efficiently and I wanted to climb better. Those were my goals.

Even though I am just doing group rides and not racing, the paceline, cornering and bumping drills have helped my confidence in riding so much more than I can even say!

So yes, not a racer, and still have no desire to be, but very very happy with everything I learned and how much it has helped! I am using heart rate and looking at data for trends, so I imagine my next purchase will be a power meter..But really, I just love riding my bike <3

Just wanted to tell you all of this and tell you thank you! Before I came to camp, I was not sure if I should, not being into racing at all - but definitely glad I did!

    Happy pedaling 🙂 cj
