An 8 week plan designed for the EXPERT/ELITE Cyclist or Triathlete who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 10-15+ hours per week. You will need to be able to devote between 4-5:30 hours to training on your weekends. You should be a bad ass to do this plan, since for most people it will be a build.
