- Custom cycling training plans written an average of three weeks in advance (1 week minimum).
- Workouts emailed to you daily and available for review at any time on TrainingPeaks.
- Free premium TrainingPeaks account (a $240 a year savings to you), after the completion of your current paid billing cycle with TrainingPeaks.
- Training plan reviews via phone calls, online meeting, Skype or emails.
- 1 training plan review call per month, up to 30 minutes.
- 1 training plan revision per month if needed.
- Unlimited emails.
- Unlimited athlete initiated quick calls per month.
- Consults available for parents or athletes upon request with Dr. Kristen Dieffenbach.
