Amazing Plans
Hi Hunter,
I have made a change in the training plan because my journey in south tirol. I did today the FTP test unbelieveable I increase the FTP from 270 to 280 average and also the cadence from 73 to 77.
VO2 Max also increase from 297 to 314 average and the cadence also from 78-81.
I’m so happy. I think my jubilation was heard through the whole Black Forest.
Now I am so hot on the further training and on the events that are comes
