Welcome to the Next Level Strength Training Program for triathletes! Training for triathlon means training like a triathlete. This might sound circular, but it’s true. This program provides whole-body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on the key muscle groups necessary to improve your performance in all aspects of triathlon.
The novelty of this program is that it is designed without the need for resistance training equipment or a gym. The workouts can be performed within your home, or even while traveling. We’ll use bodyweight exercises that target several muscle groups simultaneously while also targeting the key muscles specific to triathlon events.
