Tour of Colorado: Fountain & Wellington-Roubaix 36/40 Miles Survive 8 Weeks is an 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train a total of 6:35-10:00 hours per week (excluding Wk 1 & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 5:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the rider that has not ridden gravel much, if at all and normally rides between 15-25 miles for their long ride. It was built with beginning cyclist in mind who wants to challenge themselves and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them survive and finish the ride.


Tour of Colorado: Fountain & Wellington-Roubaix 36/40 Miles Thrive 8 Weeks is an 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 7:45-10:10 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 5:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the rider that has not ridden gravel much, if at all and normally rides between 15-25 miles for their long ride. It was built with beginning cyclist in mind who wants to challenge themselves and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them finish strongly.


Tour of Colorado: Fountain & Wellington-Roubiax 50/66 Miles Survive 8 Weeks is an 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train a total of 9:26-12:15 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 7:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the rider that has some experience riding gravel ride and normally rides around 40-50 miles as their long ride. This plan is made for the intermediate cyclist who wants to challenge themselves with the 50-66 mile ride and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them survive and finish the ride.


Tour of Colorado: Fountain & Wellington-Roubaix 50/66 Miles Thrive 8 Weeks is an 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist or Triathlete who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 9:51-11:55 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 7:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the intermediate cyclist who has some gravel riding experience and normally rides around 50-60 miles as their long ride. If you want to crush this ride and you need a simple, yet effective training plan that helps you ride hard and finish strong with bragging rights at the finish line, this plan is for you.


Tour of Colorado: Fountain-& Wellington Roubaix 100 Miles Survive & Thrive 12 Weeks is a 12 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 12:40-16:56 hours per week (excluding Wk 1, Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 8:00 hours of training on your weekends.

If you are doing the 100 miler, this is the plan for you. You are ready to go to the next level, suffer in the gravel, push it hard with your friends and finish with nothing left in the tank. This plan is for the cyclist who has ridden 100 mile rides before with some gravel experience. Your normal long rides are in the 80-100 mile range and you can handle the endurance. This plan is made for an advanced cyclist that wants to kick butt in the 100 mile ride and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them ride hard and finish strong with bragging rights at the finish line.
