Tour of Colorado: Victor-Roubaix 50 Miles Survive 8 Weeks is an 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train a total of 8:30-11:40 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 7:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the rider that has some experience riding gravel and normally rides around 40-50 miles as their long ride. This plan is made for the intermediate cyclist who wants to challenge themselves with the 50-66 mile ride and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them survive and finish the ride.


Tour of Colorado: Victor-Roubaix 50 Miles Thrive 8 Weeks is AN 8 week plan designed for the Cyclist or Triathlete who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 10:20-11:55 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 7:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the intermediate cyclist who has some gravel riding experience and normally rides around 50-60 miles as their long ride. If you want to crush this ride and you need a simple, yet effective training plan that helps you ride hard and finish strong with bragging rights at the finish line, this plan is for you.


Tour of Colorado: Victor-Roubaix 100 Miles Survive 10 Weeks is an 10 week plan designed for the Cyclist who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 9:25-15:30 hours per week (excluding Test & Rest Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 9:00 hours of training on your weekends.

This plan is for the rider who has ridden a 100 mile ride before with normal long rides in the 60-80 mile range. While you can handle the endurance for those rides, you’ll need more for this one. This plan is made for an intermediate cyclist who wants to survive the 100 mile ride without feeling like they are going to “die” in the last hour!


Tour of Colorado: Victor-Roubaix 100 Miles Thrive 10 Weeks is a 10 week plan designed for the Cyclist or Triathlete who trains with power, HR (Heart Rate), or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and can train 9:30-13:15 hours per week (excluding Test Weeks). You will need to be able to devote up to 8:00 hours of training on your weekends.

If you are doing the 100 miler, this is the plan for you. You are ready to go to the next level, suffer in the gravel, push it hard with your friends and finish with nothing left in the tank. This plan is for the cyclist who has ridden 100 mile rides before with some gravel experience. Your normal long rides are in the 80-100 mile range and you can handle the endurance. This plan is made for an advanced cyclist that wants to kick butt in the 100 mile ride and needs a simple and effective training plan that helps them ride hard and finish strong with bragging rights at the finish line.
